Jennifer Bullock, MSW, LCSW
Welcome. I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in private practice in Durham, NC. I have over 20 years experience providing psychotherapy and support to clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. I treat clients with a range of mental health concerns including; anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, marital conflict/dissatisfaction, eating disorders, pregnancy and infant loss, infertility, and work/school related stress. I also have extensive experience in college mental health and the emerging adult population.
In addition to private practice, I have worked at Duke University Hospital (DUMC) and at Duke University's college counseling center (CAPS).
My training in psychodynamic psychotherapy allows me to work in depth with clients to uncover the roots of their suffering and strive for lasting change rather than symptom relief alone. I believe that one of the most significant benefits of therapy is that it can help remind us of the possibilities of life when we lose sight of them.
